I loaded facebook back on my phone after a year’s hiatus and the first post I saw was a tribute to you. A moment of confusion…utter shock…and then I instantly broke down crying in public.
I didn’t even know you as well as all of the beautiful stories of friendship I’ve read since, but nevertheless you made a lasting impact on me. The last texts you sent me a few weeks ago made me LOL so hard during a time when I was pretty down. But that just came natural to you. I don’t know how you came up with your vocabulary, but you were funnier than most people who get paid to be funny. You were also so kind, supportive, humble, and wise…truly one of a kind.
Thank you Rob. The world will miss your presence on earth, but you clearly will always remain in the hearts of everyone you touched.
